摘 要:22000吨级超宽浅吃水双桨油船是目前世界上最大的加油船。文章简要介绍了该船的船型特点,阐述了该船结构设计的关键技术。针对该船超常规尺度的特点,采用波浪载荷预报及有限元直接计算方法计算其结构尺寸,并与常规尺度船舶进行比较发现二者结构尺寸差别较大。创新采用的只设顶墩不设底墩槽形舱壁设计满足结构强度、舱容和工艺要求,并实现舱壁轻量化设计。创新采用的"肋板/纵桁+半高桁材+局部支撑"半开放式槽形舱壁支撑设计,既方便了施工,又减轻了结构重量。采用多项轻量化设计技术,减轻了结构重量,降低了建造成本,提高了营运经济性。该船的超常规尺度结构设计对类似船型的结构设计具有一定的借鉴意义。The 22 000 DWT ultra wide shallow draft and twin-propeller oil tanker is the largest refueling oiler all over the world now. The paper briefly introduces the features of the ship form and expounds the key technologies applied in the structure design of the ship. Because of the unconventional size of the ship, the wave load forecast and finite element direct calculation method is used to calculate its structural size. Comparing with the conventional scale ship, it is found that the structural size of the two is quite different. Innovatively adopting the corrugated bulkhead design with only upper stool and no lower stool, the requirements of structure strength, tank capacity and craft are satisfied and the light-weight bulkhead design is achieved. The design also features a semi-open type corrugated bulkhead support with "floor plate/longitudinal girder + half–height wood + local support". These innovations facilitate the construction and reduce the structure weight. With several weight reducing design technologies, the structure weight and the construction cost are reduced, and the operating economy is raised. The structure design of the unconventional size of the tanker has a certain reference significance for the structure design of similar ship form.
