摘　　要：文章在分析黑龙江省资源型城市发展现状的基础上,探究黑龙江省资源型城市的特色,明晰黑龙江省资源型城市转型发展的必要性,并结合五大发展理念的要求,提出黑龙江省资源型城市转型发展的建设性思路。Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of resource-based cities in Heilongjiang Province,this paper explores the characteristics of the resource-based cities in Heilongjiang Province,clarifies the necessity of the transformation and development of the resource-based cities in Heilongjiang Province,and puts forward the constructive ideas of the transformation and development of the resource-based cities in Heilongjiang Province in combination with the requirements of the five development concepts.
