街角青年涉黑犯罪研究——基于上海市K社区“斧头帮”的田野调查

摘　　要：通过对“斧头帮”这一典型街角青年帮派涉黑犯罪的田野调查,发现当下街角青年的组织结构形式、资金获取渠道、冲突处理方式、活动空间类型都有涉黑犯罪趋势,而“再嵌入机制”是其涉黑犯罪的主要动因。涉黑犯罪极易导致街角青年成为成人涉黑势力的潜在力量,这提高了他们交叉犯罪的几率,增加对其帮扶和矫治的难度,从而影响青少年的思想道德建设。基于此,提出“打击与预防并举”治理模式,以减少和预防街角青年涉黑犯罪。Through the field survey,the study aims to investigate the crimes involving in gangs of“axe gang”,a typical gang of street corner youth.According to the findings,currently the street corner youth have the trend towards crime involving in gangs,including their form of organizational structure,channel of fund access,method of conflict resolution,and type of activity space,etc.The“re-embedded mechanism”is the main motive of their crimes involving in gangs.The crimes involving in gangs could easily lead to this evolution,namely from street corner youth to the potential power of adults involving in gangs;raise the street corner youth s probability of cross-crime;increase the difficulty of assisting and correcting them;and finally influence the ideological and moral construction for the adolescents.Based on these findings,we try to put forward the governance mode of“striking and preventing simultaneously”to reduce and prevent the street corner youth s crimes involving in gangs.
