摘　　要：目的明确传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)患儿的临床症状和实验室检查结果。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2018年1月期间秦皇岛市第一医院收治的IM患儿的临床资料,以及血常规、肝功能、心肌酶和EB病毒抗体(EBVIgM)的检查结果。结果在108例IM患儿中,<6岁患儿的淋巴结肿大、咽峡炎和异型淋巴细胞(ALY)升高比例(98.41%、95.24%、90.48%)高于6~12岁(82.22%、71.11%、71.11%),<6岁患儿的EBV-IgM阳性、转氨酶AST和ALT升高比例(25.40%、14.29%、15.87%)低于6~12岁(55.56%、33.33%、33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论<6岁IM患儿主要表现为淋巴结肿大、咽峡炎、ALY升高,6~12岁患儿主要表现为心肌酶和转氨酶升高。Objective To comfirm the clinical symptoms and laboratory examination of the children with infectious mononucleosis(IM).Methods The clinical data and blood,liver function,myocardial enzyme and EBV-IgM detection of 108 children with IM admitted to Qinhuangdao First Hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 108 IM cases,the property of lymph node enlargement,angina,ALY increasing of children<6 years old(98.41%,95.24%,90.48%)was significantly higher than those of 6-12 years old(55.56%,33.33%,33.33%).The positive rate of EBV-IgM,and increasing of AST and ALT of the cases<6 years old(25.40%,14.29%,15.87%)was significantly lower than those of 6-12 years old(55.56%,33.33%,33.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion Lymph node enlargement,angina,ALY increasing were the main manifestations in children aged<6 year-old,myocardial enzyme and transaminase increasing were common in children aged 6-12 year-old.
