摘  要:本文以激光诱导击穿光谱技术为基础,搭建激光诱导击穿光谱实验平台,以炉渣为研究背景,通过击穿炉渣中等离子体来获取炉渣光谱图,以炉渣中原子谱线CaⅠ:428. 28 nm、离子谱线CaⅡ:393. 37 nm和Si原子谱线SiⅠ:252. 91 nm为研究对象,探究温度的改变时对信号强度、信号稳定性和采集延时的影响,通过实验得出当温度在1 000℃时的光谱信号强度和稳定性明显好于200℃,温度改变对光谱信号强度的采集延时也会发生变化,在50℃时延时时间为2μs时信号强度最好,当温度大于400℃时延时时间为1μs时光谱强度最好。Based on the laser induced breakdown spectroscopy technique,a laser induced breakdown spectroscopy experimental platform is built. The slag is used as the research background. The slag spectrum was obtained by breaking the plasma in the slag,and the atomic line CaⅠ of the slag is 428. 28 nm. Ion line CaⅡ: 393. 37 nm and Si atomic line SiⅠ: 252. 91 nm are the research objects. The effects of temperature change on signal intensity,signal stability and acquisition delay are investigated. The experimental results show that when the temperature is 1 000 ℃ . The intensity and stability of the spectral signal are significantly better than these of 200 ℃ . The temperature change will also change the acquisition delay of spectral signal intensity. When the delay time is 2μs at 50 ℃,the signal intensity is better. When the temperature is greater than 400 ℃,the delay time is better and the spectral intensity is best at 1 μs.
