摘  要:为解决视频监控系统在低背光亮度条件下视频图像显示清晰度下降的问题,设计基于机器视觉的低背光条件下智能视频监控系统。视频图像采集子系统通过一体化摄像机采集视频图像,该种视频图像信号通过A/D转换器转换成数字信号传输到视频图像处理模块后,通过低背光条件下的图像增强算法,将RGB颜色空间图像转变为YIQ颜色空间,依照视频图像亮度平均值判断溢出点的值,依据该值在整体上动态调节视频图像亮度补偿的强度后,转变回RGB颜色空间图像,并通过Michelson对比度运算过程,增强亮度补偿后视频图像的局部对比度。视频图像管理子系统,在ARM核与DSP核的控制下,根据增强后视频图像数据,采用行为模式判断方法进行目标检测、分析、定位与跟踪等管理与控制。实验结果表明与对比系统相比,该系统对于低背光条件下的视频图像处理效果更好,且视频图像压缩性能和目标定位精度均存在显著优势。In order to solve the problem of video monitoring system with low backlight brightness,intelligent video monitoring system with low backlight based on machine vision is designed.Video image acquisition subsystem collects video image through camera integration machine,which is converted into digital signal by A/D converter to video image processing module.Through image enhancement algorithm under low backlight condition,the RGB color space image is converted into YIQ color space.According to video image average brightness,the value of the spill point is judged.After dynamically adjusting the intensity of the brightness compensation of the video image as a whole based on this value,it is converted back to the RGB color space image,and through the Michelson contrast calculation process,the local contrast of the video image after brightness compensation is enhanced.The video image management subsystem,under the control of the ARM core and the DSP core,uses the behavior mode judgment method to manage and control target detection,analysis,positioning and tracking according to the enhanced video image data.Experimental results show that compared with the comparison system,this system is better for video image processing under low backlight condition,and there are significant advantages in video image compression performance and target positioning accuracy.
