摘  要:口腔黏膜病是发生于口腔黏膜及其黏膜下软组织的疾病和症状的总称。冯兴华教授对中医治疗口腔疾病有独到见解,提出肝郁脾虚、湿热内蕴是口腔黏膜病的主要病机,疏肝健脾、清热燥湿为主要治疗方法,临床应用加味芩连平胃散治疗口腔黏膜病,取得了较好的临床疗效。结合加味芩连平胃散治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡、灼口综合征、腺性唇炎3个验案进行阐述。Oral mucosal disease is a general term for diseases and symptoms occurring in oral mucosa and its submucosal soft tissues. Prof. Feng Xinghua has his unique views on the treatment of oral diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. He proposed that liver depression, spleen deficiency and dampness-heat blockage were the main pathogenesis of oral mucosal diseases, and that the main treatment methods were soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen, clearing heat and drying dampness. Clinically, modified Qin Lian Pingwei Powder was used to treat oral mucosal disease, with good effects. This article elucidated it with three proven cases, in which modified Qin Lian Pingwei Powder was used to treat recurrent aphthous ulcer, burning mouth syndrome, and cheilitis glandularis.
