摘　　要：对智能建筑的评价就是对建筑的智能化水平或智慧化程度的评价,本文就评价方法、权重计算、评价指标体系构建等进行分析与论述,为客观、公正、合理评价智能建筑提供理论基础。The intelligent building evaluation means the assessment of intelligent level or its wisdom degree.The evaluation methods,weight calculation methods and the construction of evaluation index system has been discussed and analysed in this paper.It provides an objective,fairness and reasonable theory base for intelligent building.
