摘　　要：本文系统阐述基于双绞线的时分复用技术的研究思路、系统工作原理,并对其在建筑设备一体化监控系统中的具体应用进行分析探讨。This paper presents research idea of time division multiplexing technology based on twisted pair,system working principle,specific application in integrated monitoring system for building equipment.
