摩梭民居建筑保护与改造设计初探--以云南永宁地区达祖村民居改造设计为例

摘　　要：传统摩梭民居模式已不再适应现代人的生产生活方式,新材料、新形式、新观念不断冲击着摩梭特色建筑文化。文章通过对永宁地区摩梭院落的调查与测绘,掌握民居基本状况,分析传统与现代院落的空间特点,归纳当下摩梭院落普遍存在的问题,从而提出其可持续发展的保护策略。通过设计实践,探索搭建摩梭民居合院的理想模型,结合现代生活和旅游需求,改造更新空间模式,弥补功能缺欠,在保留原有特色基础上适应不断发展变化的生活方式。The form of traditional Mosuo residential no longer adapts to modern people’s production and life style and the new materials,forms and concepts constantly impact the special Mosuo architectural culture.The article through the investigation and mapping of Mosuo residential courtyard in Yongning area,grasps the basic situation of residential houses and summarizes the common problems existing in Mosuo residential courtyard nowadays.Further puts forward the protection strategy of sustainable development.Exploring the ideal model of Mosuo residential compound through design practice,and combining the needs of modern life and tourism planning to transform and renew the space model and make up the missing function.Make it adapt to the changing lifestyle on the basis of retaining its original characteristics.
