摘　　要：医疗卫生市场对静注免疫球蛋白(Intravenous Immunoglobulin,IVIg)的需求日渐增长,保障安全供血一直以来是一项严峻挑战。作为一种无法根治的血液传播病毒,人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV)严重威胁着供血安全。HIV抗体是HIV既往感染的指标,然而HIV抗体并不具有感染性,含有HIV抗体的制品也不一定具有感染性。本文从抗体代谢、输入性HIV抗体代谢和不同来源HIV抗体的安全性等角度,综述了HIV抗体阳性的血液制品的安全性。The demand for intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIg)in the medical and health market is increasing day by day.It has been a serious challenge to ensure the safety of blood supply,which is seriously threatened by Human Immunodeficiency Virus(HIV),an incurable blood borne virus.HIV antibody is an indicator of HIV infection,but HIV antibody is not infectious itself.The products containing HIV antibody are not necessarily infectious either.This article reviews the safety of HIV antibody-positive blood products from the perspectives of antibody metabolism,HIV antibody metabolism and the safety of different sources of HIV antibody so as to offer a guide for the evaluation of the safety of HIV antibody-positive blood products.
