摘  要:矿渣粉磨生产过程具有强耦合、非线性、大滞后等特点,人工对其进行有效控制十分困难。提出一种矿渣粉磨生产工艺闭环调控系统,在长期设备与工艺研究基础上,借助物联网技术采集大量数据,结合专家经验并通过数据分析来实时监控工况发展趋势,研究矿渣粉磨生产工艺过程闭环调控方法;系统增加了前端矿渣水分在线检测,增强系统提前反应速度,在后端通过微粉粒度在线检测,形成闭环控制;生产过程中替代人工精细调节工艺,自动纠正参数变化,并优化参数匹配。系统应用于某生产现场,取得了较好的运行效果。Slag grinding is characteristic of strong coupling, nonlinear, large lag, and difficult to be controlled. A closed loop control system was proposed for slag grinding based on long-term studies of the equipment and technology. A large amount of data with the help of the Internet of Things technology were collected, with which the expert experience and development trend were combined. By data analysis, real-time conditions were monitored, the closed-loop control method was adopted. Slag moisture on-line detection was added to the front-end, which speeded up the system response in advance. At the back-end however, micro-powder particle size was on-line measured, with which the closed loop control was formed. The whole process of slag grinding was precisely controlled and the parameters automatically adjusted and optimized. The new system was successfully applied in a production site, achieving good operation results.
