摘　　要：从中成药、中药汤剂两方面综述近年来中医药治疗糖尿病合并肺结核的相关文献,认为中医药治疗本病可更好地控制血糖水平,改善咳嗽、咳痰及喘息等临床症状,促进肺结核病灶吸收、空洞闭合及痰菌转阴,提高患者生活质量及临床疗效。This paper reviewed the literatures of TCM treating diabetes mellitus and pulmonary tuberculosis from two aspects,Chinese patent medicine and TCM decoctions,which showed that TCM therapy can control blood sugar levels,improve clinical symptoms such as cough,expectoration and wheezing,promote pulmonary tuberculosis lesion absorption,cavity closure and sputum vaginal discharge,and improve patients'quality of life.
