摘　　要：妊娠期机体特殊的生理变化,使妊娠期垂体疾病的诊断和治疗变得复杂。目前妊娠期垂体疾病的处理措施主要参照非孕期垂体疾病的诊治方法。目前,虽通过规范的管理,越来越多患垂体疾病的孕期女性能够受孕成功、正常妊娠,但相关的诊治经验仍不足。本文现就妊娠期垂体疾病及其诊治等方面的研究进展综述如下。Due to the special physiological changes during pregnancy,the diagnoses and treatments of pituitary diseases in pregnancy women become very complicated.Current management measures mainly refer to the diagnoses and treatments of non-pregnancy women.According to standardized management measures,increasing number of women with pituitary diseases are able to conceive successfully and have a normal pregnancy;but related experiences are still lacked.In this paper,pituitary diseases during pregnancy and their diagnoses and treatments are reviewed.
