高效液相色谱法同时测定甘海胃康胶囊中橙皮苷及盐酸小檗碱含量

摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定甘海胃康胶囊中橙皮苷和盐酸小檗碱含量。方法以Sepax Bio-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长280 nm,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温35℃。结果橙皮苷和盐酸小檗碱分别在0.04975~0.49750μg、0.03542~0.35420μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000);平均加样回收率分别为98.52%、97.57%,RSD分别为1.20%、1.04%。结论本试验建立的方法简单、方便、稳定、准确,可同时测定甘海胃康胶囊中橙皮苷和盐酸小檗碱含量。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of hesperidin and berberine hydrochloride in Ganhai-Weikang capsules.Methods The column was Sepax Bio-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),and the mobile phase was methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid with radient elution,and the flow was 1.0 ml/min,and the temperature was 35℃,and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results The hesperidin and berberine hydrochloride showed good linear relationships with the peak area within the ranges of 0.04975-0.49750μg,0.03542-0.35420μg(r=1.0000).The average recoveries were 98.52%,97.57%,RSDs(n=9)were 1.2%,1.0%,respectively.Conclusions This method is simple,convenient,stable and accurate,which can be used for the simultaneous determination of hesperidin and berberine hydrochloride in Ganhai-Weikang capsules.
