摘 要:光伏电缆表面与灌封胶/密封胶黏结的紧密程度直接决定了光伏电缆与接线盒进线口之间的防水性能。为保证光伏电缆与接线盒的密封性能,对低烟无卤阻燃辐照交联聚烯烃(XLPO)护套光伏电缆表面与灌封胶/密封胶之间黏结性能影响因素展开了试验研究。试验方案采用模拟实际情况,以真实反映两者的黏结质量。试验研究结果表明:只有XLPO护套热延伸质量合格,方可保证光伏电缆表面黏结性能;XLPO护套表面质量(雾面和亮面)对光伏电缆表面黏结性能影响较小,雾面时比亮面时的黏结性能更佳;XLPO护套断裂伸长率对光伏电缆表面黏结性能无影响;XLPO护套通过辐照才能保证光伏电缆表面黏结性能。设计的光伏电缆表面黏结性能影响因素试验为研究光伏电缆性能提供了试验模型和试验方法,为光伏电缆设计、选材、生产及验收提供了试验依据。The tightness between the photovoltaic cable surface and the potting/sealing adhesive directly determines the waterproof performance between the photovoltaic cable and the inlet of the junction box.In order to ensure the sealing performance of photovoltaic cable and junction box,the experimental study on the factors influencing the adhesive performance between the surface of low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant irradiation crosslinked polyolefin(XLPO)sheathed photovoltaic cable and the potting/sealing adhesive is carried out.In order to truly reflect the adhesive quality of both,the experimental scheme is used to simulate the actual situation.The experimental results show that only when the hot set property of XLPO sheath is qualified,the surface adhesive performance of photovoltaic cable can be guaranteed;the surface quality(fog and bright)of XLPO sheath has little influence on the surface adhesive performance of photovoltaic cable,and the adhesive performance of the fog surface is better than that of the bright surface;the elongation at break of XLPO sheath has no effect on the surface adhesion of photovoltaic cable;the surface adhesion of photovoltaic cable can be guaranteed by irradiation of XLPO sheath.The designed test of factors affecting the surface adhesion performance of photovoltaic cable provides a test model and test method for the study of the performance of photovoltaic cable,and provides a test basis for the design,material selection,production and acceptance of photovoltaic cable.
