辽宁省电子商务与快递行业协同发展研究

摘　　要：目前大多数电子商务企业都与第三方物流企业建立合作关系,研究两者之间的发展关系对促进经济发展具有非常重要的意义。本文系统梳理了电子商务与快递行业的相关理论,采用聚类—灰色关联分析方法构建并筛选出指标体系,运用复合系统协同度模型测算辽宁省电子商务和快递行业协同发展状况。根据分析提出规范电子商务购物网站的建设、加快移动智能购物平台的建设、提高快递行业服务质量等促进辽宁省电子商务与快递行业协同发展的建议。At present,most e-commerce companies have established cooperative relationships with third-party logistics companies,so studying the development relationship between the two is of great significance for promoting economic development.This paper systematically sorts out the relevant theories of e-commerce and express delivery industry,uses clustering-gray association analysis method to construct and screen out the index system,then uses the composite system synergy model to measure the coordinated development of two industries in Liaoning Province.According to the analysis,it puts forward the suggestions of constructing normative e-commerce shopping websites accelerating the construction of smart shopping platforms and improving the service quality of the express delivery industry and the like to promote the coordinated development of the two industries in Liaoning Province.
