摘  要:目的:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES法)同时测定骨肽注射液中钙和磷含量。方法:采用微波消解法处理样品,分别以393.366 nm和177.495 nm为分析谱线的ICP-OES测定骨肽注射液中钙和磷的含量,并采用该方法对3个不同厂家生产的3批骨肽注射液中钙和磷的含量进行测定。结果:钙及磷的质量浓度均在0.1~10μg·mL^-1范围内与相应的响应强度呈良好的线性关系,R^2分别为0.9994和0.9998,检测下限分别为0.002μg·mL^-1和0.09μg·mL^-1。3批样品中,钙的含量测定结果分别为9.05、20.9、17.6μg·mL^-1,磷的含量测定结果分别为10.1,9.56,15.6μg·mL^-1。结论:该方法适合作为骨肽类注射液钙和磷含量测定的方法。Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of calcium and phosphorus in ossotide injection by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)method.Methods:The sample was digested by microwave and determined by ICP-OES using analytical lines of elements of 393.366 nm for calcium and 177.495 nm for phosphorus.The contents of calcium and phosphorus in three batches of osteotide injection produced by three different manufacturer were determined by this method.Results:The concentration of calcium and phosphorus in the range of 0.1-10μg·mL^-1 showed a good linear relationship with the R^2 of 0.9994 and 0.9998,respectively,and the detection limits were 0.002μg·mL^-1 and 0.09μg·mL^-1,respectively.In the three batches of samples,the contents of calcium were 9.05,20.5,17.6μg·mL^-1,and the contents of phosphorus were 10.1,9.56,15.6μg·mL^-1,respectively.Conclusion:The method is suitable for the determination of calcium and phosphorus content in ossotide injection.
