摘  要:目的:建立快速测定益智仁和益智壳中水溶性浸出物含量的近红外光谱模型。方法:通过近红外光谱结合化学计量学建立水溶性浸出物的定量分析模型。结果:益智仁样品的水溶性浸出物含量在12.84%~31.33%之间。益智仁中水溶性浸出物的近红外光谱定量分析模型的内部交叉验证决定系数(R2)为0.98479,校正均方差(RMSEC)为0.00554,预测均方差(RMSEP)为0.00667。益智壳样品的水溶性浸出物含量在24.65%~38.42%。益智壳近红外分析模型的R2为0.98033,RMSEC为0.0124,RMSEP为0.0131。结论:该方法建立的模型可用于益智仁和益智壳中水溶性浸出物的定量分析,并可为益智的质量评价体系的建立提供基础。Objective:To establish a near-infrared spectroscopy model for the rapid determination of water-soluble extracts in seed and shell of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.Methods:Quantitative analysis model of water-soluble extracts were established by near-infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics.Results:The contents of watersoluble extract in Alpinia oxyphylla seed were between 12.84% and 31.33%.The correlation coefficients(R2),the root-mean-square error of calibration(RMSEC)and the root-mean-square error of predication(RMSEP)of the NIRS model for water-soluble extract in Alpinia oxyphylla seed were 0.98479,0.00554 and 0.00667 respectively.The contents of water-soluble extract of Alpinia oxyphylla in shell were between 24.65% and 38.42%.The R2,RMSEC and RMSEP of the NIRS model for water-soluble extract in Alpinia oxyphylla shell were 0.98033,0.0124 and 0.0131 respectively.Conclusion:The established model can be used for quantitative analysis of water-soluble extracts in seed and shell of Alpinia oxyphylla,and also provides basis for the establishment of quality evaluation system of Alpinia oxyphylla.
