摘 要:目的:了解湖北、河南、安徽野菊花无机元素含量的差异,并分析其重金属含量。方法:将2 mL硝酸加入野菊花中并进行微波消解前处理,用电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定野菊花中As、Se、Cd、Pb、Rb、Cu、Hg、Zn等18种元素含量。ICP-MS采用碰撞池模式(KED),雾化器、辅助气和冷气流量分别为1.025、0.8和14 L·min-1,射频功率1 550 W,采样深度5 mm,蠕动泵转速40 r·min-1,喷雾室温度2.7℃,重复3次采集数据。结果:90%的样品中Cd超标,50%的样品中Cu超标,Hg、Pb、As均未超标。运用逐步判别分析从18种元素中筛选出6个特异性指标(Se、Zn、Cu、Hg、Pb、Rb),根据指标建立产地判别模型,湖北、河南、安徽野菊花可明显分为3类,回判的正确率为93.3%。结论:ICP-MS可快速、简便地测定野菊花中多种无机元素的含量;逐步判别分析法是野菊花无机元素分析的有效方法。Objective:To investigate the difference in inorganic elements contents and analyze the heavy metal contents in Chrysanthemumi Indici Flos from Hubei,Henan and Anhui. Methods:Raw materials were added with 2 mL of HNO3 and pretreated by microwave digestion. Eighteen elements including As,Se,Cd,Pb,Rb,Cu,Hg and Zn were determined by inductively-coupled-plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The KED mode was adopted in ICP-MS. The flow rate of nebulizer,auxilliary gas and cool gas was 1.025 L·min-1,0.8 L·min-1 and 14 L·min-1,respectively. RF power was 1 550 W,and the sampling depth was 5 mm. The peristaltic pump speed was 40 r·min-1,and the spray chamber temperature was 2.7 ℃. All data were collected three times. Results:Contents of Cd in 90% batches and contents of Cu in 50% batches exceeded the standard while contents of Hg,Pb and As did not exceed. Six specific indicators(Se,Zn,Cu,Hg,Pb and Rb)were selected from 18 elements by stepwise discrimination analysis. Based on the indicators,a habitat discriminant model was established to clearly divide Chrysanthemumi Indici Flos from Hubei,Henan and Anhui into three categories. Correct classification rate was 93.3%. Conclusion:ICP-MS can be used as a rapid and simple method to determinate the inorganic elements in Chrysanthemumi Indici Flos. Stepwise discriminant analysis is an effective method for data processing in inorganic elements.
