摘  要:对T4热处理态的7N01铝合金进行高温预析出热处理(470℃×1h+400℃×30min+120℃×24h)。采用慢应变速率试验(SSRT)研究了高温预析出热处理工艺对7N01铝合金抗应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)性能的影响。结果表明:高温预析出工艺可以明显提高T4热处理态7N01铝合金的抗SCC性能和塑性,同时保持较高的抗拉强度。A heat treatment process of high temperature pre-precipitation(470℃×1h+400℃×30min+120℃×24h)was conducted on 7N01aluminum alloy in T4heat treatment state.And slow strain rate testing(SSRT)was used to study the effects of high temperature pre-precipitation heat treatment on the stress corrosion cracking(SCC)resistance of 7N01aluminum alloy in T4heat treatment state.The results show that high temperature preprecipitation process could obviously improve the SCC resistance,ductility and could maintain high tensile strength for 7N01aluminum alloy in T4heat treatment state.
