摘  要:采用数值模拟方法计算了不同尺寸及缺陷类型电阻探针的电阻变化和电阻(ER)理论等效腐蚀深度,研究它们与失重法等效腐蚀深度的相关性,并结合试验验证了数值模拟模型的合理性。结果表明:均匀腐蚀时,探针电阻随腐蚀深度的增加而线性增大,随着点蚀系数的增大而缓慢增大,即电阻探针能够表征均匀腐蚀但受到局部腐蚀的影响;在探针尺寸及缺陷类型不变的情况下,失重法等效腐蚀深度与ER理论等效腐蚀深度的相对偏差随点蚀系数的增大而增大。The resistance change of resistance probes with different sizes and corrosion defect types,and electrical resistance(ER)theory equivalent corrosion depth were calculated by numerical simulation method.Their correlation with the equivalent corrosion depth based on weight-loss method was studied.And the rationality of the numerical simulation model was verified with experiments.The results show that the resistance value of corrosion probe increased linearly with the increase of corrosion depth under uniform corrosion condition,and increased slowly with the increase of pitting coefficient,which indicated that ER probe could characterize uniform corrosion but was affected by localized corrosion.When the probe size and corrosion defect were constant,the relative deviation of the equivalent corrosion depths based on ER theory and weight loss method increased with the increase of pitting coefficient.
