摘 要:通过直读光谱仪,光学显微镜,扫描电镜和能谱仪以及电化学试验等对某氯磺酸制酸系统中失效小冷排的化学成分,结构和性能进行了分析。结果表明:失效小冷排管材的化学成分符合标准要求;在加工过程中产生了析出相,且弯头处存在残余应力,因此在氯磺酸的共同作用下,小冷排发生了快速腐蚀失效。The chemical composition,microstructure and performance of the failed spray-type coil heat exchanger in a chlorosulfonic acid process were analyzed by optical emission spectrometer,optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectroscope and electrochemical testing.The results show that the chemical composition of pipe material of failed spray-type coil heat exchanger met the requirement of standard.Corrosion failure happened on the spray-type coil heat exchanger because of the formation of precipitated phase in manufacture process and the existence of residual stress in the elbow combined with the action of chlorosulfonic acid.
