摘 要:为了研究谐波对变压器铁心等效磁路长度与接缝区域损耗的影响,文中基于完全按照电力变压器的标准设计和制作的叠片铁心模型,在不同谐波激励条件下,对铁心模型的等效磁路长度与接缝区域的损耗特性进行试验研究。研究表明:谐波阶次与谐波相位对铁心的磁路长度影响不是很大,在谐波条件下分析计算铁心的磁滞回环或磁化曲线时,可近似选择铁心的几何平均长度作为有效的磁路长度;不同谐波阶次与不同谐波相位激励下,铁心接缝区域比总损耗特性的变化规律大致相同:当磁通密度小于0.5 T时,接缝区的损耗近似为零;当磁通密度高于1 T时,接缝区的损耗出现明显的上升趋势。文中所用方法和所得结论对变压器产品的电磁分析和优化设计具有一定的指导意义。In order to study the effect of harmonics on the equivalent magnetic circuit length and joint area loss of transformer core,based on the laminate core model completely designed and fabricated according to the power trans⁃former standard,the equivalent magnetic path length and the loss characteristics of the joint region of the core model under different harmonic excitation conditionsare experimentally studied.Studies show that the influence of harmon⁃ic order and harmonic phase on the magnetic path length of the iron core is not very large.When the magnetic hystere⁃sis loop or magnetization curve of the iron core is analyzed and calculated under harmonic conditions,the geometric mean length of the iron core can be approximately selected as effective magnetic path length.Under the excitation of different harmonic orders and different harmonic phases,the change rule of specific total loss characteristic in the joint area of iron core is similar:when the magnetic flux density is less than 0.5 T,the loss in the joint area is approxi⁃mately zero;when the magnetic flux density is higher than 1 T,the loss in the joint area appears a significant upward trend.The method used in this paper and the conclusions obtained have certain guiding significance for electromag⁃netic analysis and optimization design of transformer products.
