摘 要:国内广泛应用的换流变压器网侧油浸纸(OIP)型套管多次发生漏油产气故障,一旦套管出现故障,对换流变及系统运行危害巨大,而胶浸纸(RIP)型套管不存在漏油、产气的问题,相对而言安全性能更优。基于此,考虑研究特高压换流变压器网侧胶浸纸高压套管技术。首先根据特高压换流站网侧运行技术条件,经电场分析计算、主绝缘分析计算确定了换流变压器550 kV RIP网侧套管技术参数。另外,研发过程中充分考虑现有套管的故障情况,采用多种底部连接方式,试制时克服电容绕制、环氧树脂浸渍等多重困难,采用新工艺。依据此技术参数研发的RIP套管油中绝缘长度增长约200 mm,增强了油中耐闪络放电能力,提升了套管轴向绝缘裕度;套管油中绝缘厚度增加了约15%,提升了局部放电起始电压和电容心子径向绝缘裕度。该型套管一次通过全部型式试验项目,并完成升高座处电场强度第三方校核,具备安全挂网运行条件。该产品已于2019年6月24号在天山换流站投入实际运行,各项运行指标正常。Firstly,the technical parameters of the 550 kV net⁃side resin impregnated paper(RIP)bushings for con⁃verter transformer were determined by electric field analysis and main insulation analysis.In the development of the new RIP bushing,the faults of the existing bushings were fully considered,various bottom connection modes were ad⁃opted,the difficulties in such as capacitance winding and epoxy resin impregnation were overcome,and new tech⁃niques were employed.According to the determined technical parameters,new RIP bushing was developed.Its insu⁃lation length in oil was increased by about 200 mm to enhance the anti⁃flashover capability in oil and improve the axi⁃al insulation margin of the bushing.Meanwhile,the insulation thickness in bushing oil increased by about 15%,which increases the partial discharge inception voltage and the radial insulation margin of capacitor core.This RIP bushing successfully passed all type tests at one time,and completed the third⁃party check of electric field strength at the hoist seat,indicating it could ensure safe operation in power grid.The bushing was put into actual operation at Tianshan converter station on June 24,2019,and all operating indexes are normal.
