摘 要:文中为了研究SF6断路器投切干式并联电抗器产生过电压的种类及水平,以及提出有效的抑制防护措施,构建了SF6断路器投切并联电抗器三相仿真模型,理论推导了过电压种类及其特点;并依据66 kV干式空心并联电抗器实测和设计参数进行了仿真,得到了不同过电压的波形,阐述了产生不同过电压的机理;最后提出了抑制干式空心并联电抗器过电压的防护措施,通过仿真验证防护技术的可行性。经仿真计算得出SF6断路器投切66 kV并联电抗器产生的过电压与断路器的投切相角、投切速度以及截流值有关,最后通过仿真比对验证了文中提出的避雷器和阻容吸收协同保护装置对过电压的幅值和频率抑制效果的有效性,为干式并联电抗器过电压的抑制提供了理论支撑。In order to study the type and level of overvoltage generated by the SF6 circuit breaker switching dry⁃type shunt reactor,and propose effective restraint measures,the three⁃phase simulation model of the SF6 circuit breaker switching shunt reactor is constructed,and the type and characteristic of overvoltage are deduced on the theory;And based on the actual measurement and design parameters of the 66 kV dry⁃type air core shunt reactor,the wave⁃forms of different overvoltage are obtained,and the mechanism is described for generating different overvoltage;Fi⁃nally,the protection measures for suppressing the overvoltage of dry⁃type air core shunt reactor are proposed,and the feasibility of protection technology is verified by simulation.The simulation calculated that the overvoltage gener⁃ated by the SF6 circuit breaker switching 66 kV shunt reactor is related to the opening phase angle,opening speed and intercepting value of the circuit breaker.Finally,the effectiveness of the arrester and RC absorption protection device proposed in this paper is validated for the amplitude and frequency suppression effect of overvoltage,which provides theoretical support for the suppression of overvoltage of dry shunt reactor.
