摘  要:T型电缆终端绝缘界面的沿面爬电是12 kV环网柜的常见缺陷,在运行过程中会导致电缆绝缘性能逐渐降低,给电缆的可靠运行带来严重的安全隐患。笔者通过多起12 kV环网柜T型电缆终端在运行维护过程中,同批同规格的厂品的爬电情况,进行了检查、试验及原因分析,同时利用有限元方法仿真了T型电缆终端各绝缘界面的电场强度。研究结果表明,T型电缆终端爬电缺陷的主要原因是由于涂覆的绝缘润滑脂失效后造成绝缘界面出现微小气隙,进而引起的局部放电。该分析过程可为T型电缆终端的结构选型优化、试验检测、绝缘润滑脂的选择及现场施工质量管控等方面提供借鉴。The creepage on insulation interface of“T”type cable termination is the common defect of 12 kV ring main unit.It will cause insulation resistance degradation of cable in the operational process and the potential safety hazard.Several failure of“T”type cable termination occurred on thesame batch and specification 12 kV ring main unitduring the process of operation and maintenance.The inspection,testing and cause analysis are conducted in this paper.The electric field strength contour of insulation interface of 12 kV ring main unit“T”type cable termina⁃tion is simulated with FEM in the condition of the failure of insulation grease.The study shows the reason of creepage is that the failure of insulation grease causethe small air gap defecton the insulation interface which results the partial discharge.Theanalysis process provides reference on type⁃selection optimization,test detection of“T”type cable ter⁃mination,selection ofinsulation grease,quality control of construction.
