摘 要:为改善磷酸镁水泥(MPC)的抗水性能,利用力学性能测试和微观结构分析相结合的手段,研究了柠檬酸(CAS)、聚合物乳液、CAS与聚合物乳液复掺对MPC耐水性能的影响规律,结果表明:各种添加剂的总掺入量为10%时,对提高MPC的强度以及耐水性的效果是单掺CAS时最好;CAS与聚合物乳液复掺时次之;单掺某种聚合物乳液和复掺不同种类聚合物乳液时效果相差不大,由于聚合物的附着作用,对强度和耐水性提高作用减小。其中,单掺CAS的MPC试样与不掺添加剂的空白试样在浸水试验后相比,3 d强度损失率降低了19%,7 d降低了51.3%。通过SEM、XRD等微观测试手段重点进行了机理分析,结果表明柠檬酸(CAS)并没有改变MPC的水化产物,而是在水化过程中提供了H+保证MgO的充分反应,并形成了致密的螯合物薄膜,从而提高了MPC的抗水性能。In order to improve the water resistance of magnesium phosphate cement(MPC),the effects of citric acid(CAS),polymer emulsion,CAS and polymer emulsion on the water resistance of MPC were studied by means of mechanical property test and microstructure analysis.The results showed that when the total amount of additives was 10%,the strength of MPC and the water resistance were the best.When CAS was mixed with polymer emulsion,the effect of single polymer emulsion and complex polymer emulsion was not significant.Due to the adhesion of polymer,the strength and water resistance of polymer emulsion decreased.Among them,compared with the blank sample without additive,the loss rate of strength of MPC sample with CAS alone decreased by 19%in 3D and 51.3%in 7d.By means of SEM,XRD and other micro testing methods,the mechanism analysis was focused.The results showed that citric acid(CAS)did not change the hydration products of MPC,but provided H+to ensure the full reaction of MgO in the process of hydration,and formed a compact chelate film,thus improving the water resistance of MPC.
