摘 要:在考虑结构几何非线性、形状记忆合金(SMA)相变特性和材料非线性的基础上,利用有限元法研究了内嵌SMA纤维的复合材料变截面结构的非线性静力学响应,并与几何线性情况下的结果进行了比较。研究发现,SMA复合材料变截面结构加载时的位移-载荷曲线与卸载时的不重合,二者形成了封闭的滞后环,而且由几何非线性分析得到的滞后环面积比由几何线性分析得到的小。此外,由几何非线性分析得到的SMA纤维的应力-应变伪弹性滞后环面积、最大马氏体含量都比几何线性分析的结果小得多。该研究可为SMA用于大变形结构被动控制奠定理论基础。Based on finite element method it studies the nonlinear statics response of a variable cross-section composite structure embedded with shape memory alloy(SMA)fibers,analyzes the geometric nonlinear deformation of the composite structure,considers the phase transformations and material nonlinearity of SMA,compares the results with those from the geometric linear analysis.The research shows that the displacement-force curve of the SMA hybrid composite structure with variable cross sections during loading does not coincide with that during unloading,which forms a closed hysteresis loop.The area of the hysteresis loop obtained from the geometric nonlinear analysis is smaller than that obtained from the geometric linear analysis.Besides,the area of the stress-strain pseudo-elastic hysteresis loop and the maximum Martensite content of SMA got from the geometric nonlinear analysis are much smaller than those from the geometric linear analysis.This study can provide the theoretical basis for passive vibration control of structures with large deformations.
