摘  要:主要从钢渣的材料组成、物理力学性能、体积安定性、配合比等角度,结合多种试验手段进行了钢渣在公路基层中的应用可行性研究。采用X射线荧光光谱仪、XRD测试分析了钢渣的化学组成与矿物组成;对比分析了钢渣与石灰岩、玄武岩的物理力学性能差异;采用浸水膨胀率、压蒸法测定粉化率分析了钢渣的体积安定性;开展了水泥稳定钢渣碎石混合料配合比设计,推荐了水泥用量范围,对钢渣在公路基层中的应用具有指导意义。Based on the material composition,physical and mechanical properties,volume stability and mix ratio of steel slag,this paper studies the feasibility of application of steel slag in highway base course.The chemical composition and mineral composition of steel slag were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and XRD test.The differences of physical and mechanical properties between steel slag,limestone and basalt were compared and analyzed.The volume stability of steel slag was analyzed by water swelling rate and autoclave pulverization rate.The mix proportion design of cement stabilized steel slag gravel mixture was carried out,and the range of cement dosage was recommended.The research in this paper has important guiding significance for the application of steel slag in highway base.
