摘  要:通过金相显微组织观察、力学性能测试、在线检测等手段,研究了加工率对铜线冷拉拔组织、力学性能、漆包线力学性能、生产能耗的影响规律。结果表明:随着加工率的增加,拉拔态铜线拉拔纤维流线越长,晶粒显著拉长,漆包线回弹角降低,伸长率增加,在线粒子数、针孔数增加,能耗增加。The influence of processing rate on drawing structure,mechanical properties,mechanical properties of enameled wire and production energy consumption of copper wire was studied by means of metallographic microstructure observation,mechanical properties test and online detection.The results show that with the increase of processing rate,the longer the drawing fiber streamline,the longer the grain,the lower the rebound angle,the higher the elongation,the increase of the number of particles and pinholes,and the increase of energy consumption.
