摘　　要：充分发挥上海金融资源、科技资源聚集的突出优势,聚集金融科技前沿要素,促进金融与科技互动融合发展。营造鼓励金融科技创新的良好生态,着力为创新主体提供集聚空间和政策支持。充分发挥市场主体的力量,构建特色突出的金融科技产业、企业培育模式和机制,全面推动产学研用一体化。加快重大基础设施建设与平台要素聚集,打造并完善金融科技全链条生态系统,形成具有上海特色的最优金融科技产业生态链示范体系。Give full play to the outstanding advantages of Shanghai in gathering financial technology resources,gather the leading elements of financial technology,promote the interactive integration of financial technology. We will create a good environment to encourage financial technology innovation,and strive to provide gathering space and policy support for innovation subjects.Give full play to the power of market players,build distinctive financial technology industries,enterprise cultivation models and mechanisms,and comprehensively promote the integration of production,teaching and research.We will speed up the construction of major infrastructure and the gathering of platform elements,build and improve the ecological system of the entire financial technology chain,and form an optimal demonstration system of the financial technology industry ecological chain with Shanghai characteristics.
