摘　　要：老年人由于经济承受能力减弱、身体状况变化等原因,对住房的"适老性"(实用性、安全性)有着更强烈的需求,因此要注重对老年住房进行适老改造。应充分综合考虑老年人生理、心理、生活习惯等因素,提高社区居家养老的适应性。The elderly have a stronger demand for the "suitability"(practicability and safety)of housing due to the weakening of economic bearing capacity and changes in physical condition.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the transformation of housing for the elderly.The physiological,psychological and living habits of the elderly should be fully considered to improve the adaptability of the community home care.
