皮肤牵引伸展术联合聚维酮碘膏治疗褥疮的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的浅析皮肤牵引伸展术联合聚维酮碘膏治疗褥疮的疗效。方法纳入某院2016年6月~2019年6月间褥疮患者60例作研究样本,采用随机数字表法分组,取其中30例为对照组,施行单一皮肤牵引伸展术治疗;另30例为试验组,施行皮肤牵引伸展术联合聚维酮碘膏综合治疗。比较两组疗效差异。结果试验组治疗有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%),治疗满意度(100.00%)亦高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前的VAS评分与SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组VAS评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮肤牵引伸展术联合聚维酮碘膏治疗褥疮,临床疗效佳,可有效改善患者疼痛及生活质量,治疗满意度高。Objective To analyze the effect of skin traction and stretch plus povidone-iodine ointment on treatment of pressure ulcer.Methods 60 pressure ulcer patients treated from June 2016 to June 2019 in our unit were selected and grouped by random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group took skin traction and stretch;the test group took skin traction and stretch plus povidone-iodine ointment.Curative effect was assessed.Results The effective rate and treatment satisfaction in the test group(96.67%vs.100.00%)was significantly higher than those in the control group(80.00%vs.83.33%)(P<0.05);before treatment,VAS(visual analogue scale)and SF-36(the MOS item short from health survey)scores between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,VAS scores in the test group were lower than those in the control group;SF-36 scores were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Skin traction and stretch combined with povidone-iodine ointment can relieve the pain,and improve the curative effect,living quality and treatment satisfaction.
