摘 要:水利工程施工导流方案影响因素多,存在不确定性和模糊性,难以用常规定量和定性多目标数学模型进行方案优选。综合考虑施工导流过程中的导流费用、导流时段、导流施工难易度和导流风控4个因素,运用模糊集理论分析方法,建立水利施工导流三层级模糊评价体系,利用专家知识设置影响因素和层级间隶属度权重,对施工导流方案进行系统评定。工程实例分析表明,模糊评价体系可对施工导流设计方案作出客观而准确的评价,有利于设计人员选择与工程特性相匹配的较优方案。Many factors affect construction diversion scheme and uncertain and fuzzy of evaluation indexes in water conservancy project,which causes difficulty in scheme optimization by using the conventional quantitative and qualitative multi-objective mathematical model.Considering the comprehensive factors such as the diversion cost,diversion period,diversion construction difficulty and diversion risk control in the process of construction diversion,a three-level fuzzy evaluation system of water conservancy construction diversion has been established by using the fuzzy set theory analysis method,and using the expert knowledge to set the influence factors and the index weight of hierarchical membership to systematically evaluate the construction diversion scheme.The analysis shows that the fuzzy evaluation system can make an objective and accurate evaluation for the construction design scheme,which is beneficial for designers to select the better scheme with engineering characteristics matching.
