摘　　要：介绍当前形势下在道路运输车辆上安装智能视频监控终端这一主动安全装置的必要性,总结了目前在用智能终端的构成形式。研究近两年各省市智能视频监控技术的推进情况,对各地所采用的终端工作推进方式和终端检测方法进行分析,结果表明主要有提前制定相应标准、直接采用交办运〔2018〕115号文件技术规范、结合地方需要制定检测指导性方案3种方法,对比了不同方法的特点和优劣。分析智能终端检测工作中存在的问题,提出了解决思路。The necessity of intelligent video monitoring terminal in current situation,which was a kind of active safety device,was introduced.The forms and constitutions of intelligent terminals in use were summarized.The progresses and current situations of intelligent video monitoring technology of various provinces and cities in recent two years were studied.Analysis on the progresses and test schemes showed that there were mainly three kinds of methods.It was consisted of developing corresponding standards in advance,adopting technical specifications required by regulations directly and developing guidance documents in conjunction with local conditions.The characteristics and merit of different methods and schemes were compared.The solutions were proposed after analyzing problems in detection method of intelligent video monitoring terminal.
