芪黄补肾泄浊方离子导入治疗脾肾阳虚兼湿浊型慢性肾衰竭的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨芪黄补肾泄浊方离子导入治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)脾肾阳虚兼湿浊型患者的疗效。方法选取脾肾阳虚兼湿浊型慢性肾衰竭(代偿期、失代偿期及衰竭期)患者共80例,其中男性45例,女性35例,每组患者数为40例,对照组给予治疗原发病、纠正并发症,延缓肾小球硬化等现代医学基本治疗手段,观察组在基本治疗的同时,联合应用芪黄补肾泄浊方离子导入,每日1次,每次20 min。两组治疗时间均为14 d。比较治疗14 d后两组患者总体疗效的改变,将临床症状及体征进行对照分析,同时观察治疗前后相关各项检查指标的变化。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为80%,对照组总效率为60%,观察组较对照组显示出更好的疗效,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪黄补肾泄浊方离子导入治疗脾肾阳虚兼湿浊型慢性肾衰竭患者效果良好。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Qihuang Bushen Xiezhuo Decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF) patients with spleen kidney yang deficiency and dampness turbid type.Method 80 cases of chronic renal failure(compensation,decompensation and failure) were selected,Among them,there were 45 males and 35 females,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with basic modern medical treatment methods such as treatment of primary disease,correction of complications,delay of glomerulosclerosis,etc.the observation group was treated with the combination of Qihuang Bushen Xiezhuo formula ion introduction once a day for 20 minutes.The treatment time of both groups was 14 days.After 14 days of treatment,the overall effect of the two groups was compared.The clinical symptoms and signs were compared and analyzed.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was 80% and that of the control group was 60%.The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group Statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qihuang Bushen Xiezhuo Decoction has a good effect in the treatment of chronic renal failure of spleen kidney yang deficiency and dampness turbid type.
