超高层建筑仿幕墙式带形窗系统内装法施工技术

摘　　要：依托珠海信德横琴项目,系统总结仿幕墙式带形窗大型单元板块吊运、带形窗系统安装、特殊部位处理等施工方法、管理保证措施及要点,同时针对外立面划分考虑因素、斜插法就位施工配套节点设计及安装偏差调整系统等,详细介绍深化设计技术,整理形成内装法技术。该技术为超高层外立面设计和施工提供了一种新的解决方案。Relying on Xinde Hengqin project in Zhuhai, this paper systematically summarizes the construction methods,management assurance measures and key points of large unit plate hoisting,ribbon window system installation,special parts treatment. At the same time,according to the consideration factors of the facade division,the detailed design of construction supporting joints with oblique insertion method and the adjustment system of installation deviation,the detailed design technology is introduced in detail,which forms the technology of installation-inside method. This technology provides a new solution for the facade design and construction of super high-rise building.
