摘 要:内爬式塔式起重机支撑结构设计和可靠性分析在高层建筑的施工过程中至关重要。由于塔式起重机爬升过程中需避让结构巨型斜撑,需设计独立钢梁支撑塔式起重机系统。针对某实际工程内爬式塔式起重机设计内沉式支撑钢梁,并采用有限元软件ABAQUS对塔式起重机支撑结构进行施工过程中的多工况精细化模拟分析。分析结果表明,在不同工况荷载作用下塔式起重机支撑系统和相邻结构构件的受力状态均处于允许范围内。The design and reliability analysis of internal climbing tower crane support structure is crucial in the construction process of tall buildings. In the process of tower crane climbing,it is often necessary to design the steel beam supporting tower crane system to avoid the huge diagonal brace of the structure.In this paper,a support steel beam with internal sinking is designed for the internal climbing tower crane of a practical project,and the authors use the finite element software ABAQUS to carry out multi condition fine finite element simulation analysis of the tower crane support structure in the process of structure construction. The analysis results show that the stress state of the tower crane support system and adjacent structural members under different load conditions is within the allowable range.
