摘  要:分析华谊兄弟电影小镇项目E1号楼超高、大跨度屋面贝雷架支模体系施工重难点,通过理论计算和数值模拟对支模体系内力和变形进行比较分析,施工过程中对支模体系关键部位进行挠度及应力、应变监测,并同理论计算及数值模拟结果进行对比。结果表明,该体系受力安全可靠、变形可控,贝雷架各杆件都存有较大的富裕度。Analyzing the construction difficulties existed in Bailey truss super high support system of E1 building of Huayi Brothers Movie Town,structure responses as deformation and axial force are given by comparison computation between theory and numerical simulation. In the meantime,deformation and stress-strain of important components of support system are monitored during field construction. Actual results are compared with theoretical calculation and numerical simulation results. It shows that the whole support system is under control with safe and reliable deformation,and all of components of Bailey truss are in elastic state which are far away from limits.
