摘  要:目的对猪尾巴管及深静脉导管引流胸外科术后残余胸水的效果进行评估和比较。方法选择2012年4月至2018年5月在我院行胸外科术后拔除胸引流管后,仍存在中度(或以上)胸水患者108例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组57例和对照组51例,治疗组对残留胸水使用猪尾巴导管引流,对照组采用深静脉导管引流。观察两组手术时间、术后疼痛程度、带管时间、管腔阻塞发生率、有效率及并发症等指标。结果两组患者在手术时间、疼痛程度、并发症、有效率等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组患者带管时间和管腔阻塞发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胸外科手术后残余胸水进行引流时,猪尾巴导管和深静脉导管引流均有效,但猪尾巴管的引流效率更高。Objective To evaluate and compare the efficacy of pigtail catheter and central venous catheter in draining postoperative pleural effusion after chest tube removal in thoracic surgery.Methods One hundred and eight patients undergoing thoracic surgery between April 2012 and May 2018 in our hospital were involved in this study.The patients had moderate or above postoperative pleural effusion after chest tube removal.We used pigtail catheter group(treatment group,n=57)or central venous catheter group(control group,n=51)to drain the pleural effusion.Indicators,including surgical time,severity of pain,drainage time,catheter blockage rate,efficacy and complications were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the surgical time,severity of pain,complications and efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).However,there was significant difference in the drainage time and catheter blockage rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Both methods are effective in draining postoperative pleural effusion after chest tube removal in thoracic surgery.However,compared to central venous catheter,pigtail catheter is more efficient.
