摘  要:随着新冠肺炎疫情的暴发,各种医疗防护物质出现供不应求的情况。为进一步了解医用非织造口罩材料在防护性、舒适性等方面的性能指标,减少一次性防护口罩废弃后给环保带来的巨大压力,结合医用口罩相关标准,介绍医用口罩非织造布的常用原料、可降解纤维原料以及弹性原料在防护性、舒适性、可降解性方面的优缺点。同时,对医用口罩常用的静电驻级熔喷布、纺黏非织造布和SMS复合非织造布的生产工艺以及相应的后处理技术进行了详细的论述。以期为多功能环保型口罩的生产以及转型生产口罩的企业提供帮助。With the outbreak of COVID-19,there are a lot of medical protective substances in short supply.In order to further understand the performance indexes of medical nonwoven mask materials in terms of protection,comfort and so on,and reduce the huge pressure on environmental protection caused by disposable mask abandonment,combined with the relevant standards of medical mask,this paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of common raw materials,degradable fiber raw materials and elastic raw materials of medical mask nonwovens in terms of protection,comfort and degradability.At the same time,the production technology and post-treatment technology of electrostatics meltblown nonwovens,spunbond nonwovens and SMS composite nonwovens are discussed in detail.In order to provide help for the production of multi-functional environmental protection masks and the transformation of the production of masks.
