摘  要:为实现风化煤资源的二次利用,提高腐植酸(HA)的阻垢性能,以陕西黄陵风化煤中提取的腐植酸为原料,采用Na 2SO 3对HA进行磺化改性,确定最佳改性条件;采用称垢法、旋转挂片法、分解氧化铁法评定磺化HA的阻垢性能、缓蚀性能及分散性能。结果表明:磺化HA的最佳制备条件为磺化时间120 min,Na 2SO 3固液质量比0.5∶20,磺化温度60℃,其阻垢率可达79.2%。当HA、磺化HA溶液质量浓度分别在10~15 mg/L、<25 mg/L、30 mg/L时,磺化HA的阻垢、缓蚀及分散效果明显好于HA,HA、磺化HA的透光率均在55%以上,说明HA、磺化HA具有一定的分散Fe 2O 3的能力。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)表明风化煤HA磺化改性成功,1039.7 cm-1为磺化后形成的硫羰基S=O的伸缩振动峰;CaCO 3垢物的扫描电镜(SEM)分析则表明HA和磺化HA对CaCO 3均具有阻垢效果,而加入磺化HA的垢样晶体结构明显变得更加松散、不规则。In order to recycle weathered coal and improve the scale inhibition performance of humic acid(HA),the HA extracted from the weathered coal of Huangling,Shaanxi province,was modified with appropriate sulfonating agent Na 2SO 3to obtain sulfonated HA.The optimum preparation conditions were determined.The scale inhibition performance of sulfonated HA is evaluated by weighing method,the corrosion inhibition performance rotary hanging piece method,the dispersion performance iron oxide decomposition method.The experimental results show that the optimum preparation conditions for HA sulfonation modification of Shaanxi Huangling weathered coal is 120 min of sulfonation time,a 0.5∶20 solid-liquid ratio and sulfonation temperature 60℃.The scale inhibition rate is 79.2%under optimum conditions.When the concentration of sulfonated HA is 10~15 mg/L,<25 mg/L and 30 mg/L respectively,the scale inhibition,corrosion inhibition and dispersion effect of sulfonated HA are obviously better than those of HA,and the transmittance of HA and sulfonated HA is about 55%,which indicates that HA and sulfonated HA has a certain ability to disperse Fe 2O 3.FTIR indicates that the sulfonation modification is successful and 1039.7 cm-1 is the stretching vibration peak of thiocarbonyl S=O formed after sulfonation.Through SEM of CaCO 3 scale,it can be seen that HA and sulfonated HA have scale inhibitor effect.However,the scale crystal structure of sulfonated HA becomes looser and irregular.
