摘 要:探讨喷气织机主喷嘴引纬气流场特性以及异形筘唇宽、导纱管位置等对引纬气流场的影响。应用CFD对主喷嘴和异形筘的组合引纬气流场模型进行数值模拟,并通过实验验证数值模拟的合理性。以此为基础,数值分析了异形筘上下唇尺寸和主喷嘴导纱管的安装位置对筘槽内气流速度的影响,得到不同供气压力下的筘槽内气流速度分布。结果表明:组合流场速度的实验值略小于数值模拟值,但二者整体上具有较好的一致性;当异形筘上唇为13 mm,下唇为11 mm时,气流速度最优,主喷嘴导纱管在筘槽中心和机后偏移2 mm处为最佳安装位置。The influence of profiled reed structure on the weft insertion flow field was studied in order to decrease the energy consumption and increase the production efficiency of air-jet loom.CFD was used to simulate the air flow field model of the combined main nozzle and the reed,and the rationality of numerical simulation was verified by experiments.On this basis,the influences of both the size of upper/lower lips and the location of main nozzle to airflow velocity in reed groove were analyzed numerically,and the air velocity distribution in the reed slot under different air supply pressure was obtained.The results show that the experimental value of the combined flow field velocity is smaller than the numerical simulation value,but the two trends are consistent.The flow field velocity is the most suitable when the size of upper lip and lower lip is 13 mm and 11 mm respectively,and the main nozzle guide tube is preferably in the center of reed groove and 2 mm away from the back of the machine.
