摘 要:为了进一步探究药卷位置对边坡光面爆破效果的影响,在LS-DYNA构建孔径90 mm、药卷直径32 mm的同心不耦合装药和偏心不耦合装药模型,分析2种装药形式的孔壁压力及损伤展布情况,并基于此提出改进偏心不耦合装药,通过现场光面爆破试验验证改进偏心不耦合装药应用效果。研究结果表明:同心不耦合装药孔壁各测点压力峰值基本相同,炮孔周围相同爆心距处的损伤等级基本一致;偏心不耦合装药孔壁各测点压力峰值从炮孔底部到炮孔顶部逐渐减小,下方耦合侧岩体的损伤等级与损伤范围明显优于上方不耦合侧岩体;原有偏心不耦合装药会导致边坡预留岩体产生过度破坏,采用改进偏心不耦合装药能避免边坡预留岩体的过度破坏,形成平整光滑的爆后轮廓面。To further study the influence of cartridge position on the smooth blasting effect of slope,the models of concentric decouple charge and eccentric decouple charge with the bore diameter of 90 mm and cartridge diameter of 32 mm were established by using LS-DYNA.The pressure on the hole wall and damage distribution of two kinds of charge form were analyzed,and on this basis,the improved eccentric decouple charge was proposed,then its application effect was verified through the field tests of smooth blasting.The results showed that the pressure peaks of each measuring point on the hole wall with the concentric decouple charge were basically the same,and the damage level at the positions with the same blast center distance around the hole was basically the same.The pressure peaks of each measuring point on the hole wall with the eccentric decouple charge hole decreased gradually from the bottom of the blast hole to the top of the blast hole,and the damage level and damage range of the rock mass on the couple side below were obviously better than those on the decouple side above.The original eccentric decouple charge could cause the excessive damage to the reserved rock mass of the slope.The improved eccentric decouple charge could avoid the excessive damage of the reserved rock mass of the slope,and form a flat and smooth contour surface after the blasting.
