摘 要:为了估算重稀土取代的温度补偿型稀土磁体的剩磁温度系数,采用磁通法分别测试轻、重稀土永磁体的开路磁通。假设轻、重稀土磁体样品的剩磁和磁通是二者的简单叠加,从而可以通过简单的数学关系估算(预测)任意轻、重稀土含量的磁体剩磁温度系数,而不是通过制备样品测量来得到实际的数据,从而大大节省了试验时间,降低实验成本。最后制备了不同轻、重稀土含量的系列样品,并测试其实际的剩磁温度系数。试验结果表明,估算结果与试验结果吻合较好,其最大偏差为6.71%,最小偏差为0.96%。In order to estimate the temperature coefficient of remanence of temperature-compensated rare earth permanent magnet with light RE Sm substituted by heavy RE Gd,magnetic flux of open circuit of both light and heavy RE magnet was measured.Assuming that the flux of LRE-HRE magnet is a sample superposition of the both light and RE magnet,the temperature coefficient of remanence of LRE-HRE magnet of any ingredient can be derived from the flux of the both light and RE magnet,not obtained from measuring the real samples,resultantly saving test time and reducing test cost.Finally,a series of LRE-HRE magnets of different ingredients was prepared,and their temperature coefficient of remanence was measured and calculated.It shows that the estimated value is in good accordance with the test one,with the highest and least deviation of 6.71%and 0.96%,respectively.
