摘 要:镨钕钆金属是钕铁硼合金的新兴原料,具有有害元素含量低、产品成分稳定、成本低的优势,而快速准确地测定镨钕钆合金中镨、钕、钆配分量对产品的质量控制具有重要意义。实验采用硝酸溶解样品,在仪器的最佳分析条件下,选择Pr 418.948nm、Nd 445.156nm、Gd342.246nm为分析谱线,使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对镨钕钆合金中镨、钕、钆配分量进行测定。讨论了溶解样品条件、共存元素干扰等对测定的影响。结果表明,硝酸易于溶解镨钕钆金属夹杂碳化物和氮化物。样品中共存稀土元素和铁、钙、镁、铝、硅、钼、钨等非稀土元素对镨、钕、钆配分量测定的影响可以忽略。实验方法用于测定3个镨钕钆合金中镨、钕、钆配分量,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.070%~0.56%;分别按照实验方法与X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)测定镨钕钆内控标样中镨、钕、钆配分量,两种方法的测定结果一致。Praseodymium-neodymium-gadolinium metal is a new material of neodymium-iron-boron alloy.It has some advantages such as low harmful elements content,stable product composition and low cost.The rapid and accurate determination of partition amount of praseodymium,neodymium and gadolinium in praseodymium-neodymium-gadolinium alloy is of great importance to the product quality control.The samples were dissolved with nitric acid.Pr 418.948 nm,Nd 445.156 nm and Gd 342.246 nm were selected as the analytical lines.The partition amount of praseodymium,neodymium and gadolinium in praseodymium-neodymium-gadolinium alloy was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)under the optimal analysis conditions of instrument.The effect of sample dissolution condition and coexisting element interference on the determination was discussed.The results showed that the carbide and nitride inclusions in praseodymium-neodymium-gadolinium alloy could be easily dissolved with nitric acid.The influence of coexisting rare earth elements and non-rare earth elements(including iron,calcium,magnesium,aluminum,silicon,molybdenum and tungsten)in sample on the determination of praseodymium,neodymium and gadolinium could be ignored.The proposed method was applied for the determination of partition amount of praseodymium,neodymium and gadolinium in three praseodymium-neodymium-gadolinium alloy samples.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=11)of determination results were between 0.070%and 0.56%.The partition amount of praseodymium,neodymium and gadolinium in internal control standard sample of praseodymium-neodymium-gadolinium alloy was determined according to the experimental method as well as X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF).The found results of two methods were consistent.
