摘  要:针对北极地区油气资源开发利用中平台信息提取存在的提取不精确、计算速度不快等问题,提出了一种改进的恒虚警率方法。算法采用全极化高分三号(GF-3)数据,开展了北极油气平台检测实验研究工作。通过极化分解计算,分析平台的极化特征,提高了平台监测精度,避开了复杂的公式计算。定量分析与实验结果表明,油井目标为偶次散射,具有较强的散射特性,在图像上有较为明显的显示,但油井与船只信息难以区分;采取改进的恒虚警率方法,实现了北极油井平台目标的全部检测,进而为石油国际贸易提供基础信息,对北极海岸带资源开发、生态保护等具有重要意义。An improved constant false alarm rate(CFAR)method is proposed to solve the problems of platform information extraction in the development and utilization of oil and gas resources in the Arctic region,such as inaccurate extraction and low calculation speed.The algorithm uses the data of GF-3 to carry out the detection experiment of the Arctic oil and gas platform.Through the polarization decomposition calculation,the polarization characteristics of the platform are analyzed,the platform monitoring accuracy is improved,and the complex formula calculation is avoided.The quantitative analysis and experimental results show that the oil well target is even scattering,which has strong scattering characteristics,and has obvious display on the image,but the information of oil well and ship is difficult to distinguish;the improved CFAR method is adopted to realize the detection of all Arctic oil well platform targets,which then provides basic information for international oil trade,and is of great significance for resource development and ecology protection of the Arctic coastal zone.
