电石渣及助剂对民用型煤的固硫作用研究

摘　　要：为了考察固硫剂和固硫助剂对民用型煤固硫的影响,以昔阳无烟煤为原料的民用型煤为研究对象,以工业废料电石渣为主固硫剂,KMnO 4、Na 2 CO 3为固硫助剂进行了研究。同时通过XRD和SEM表征,对电石渣及固硫助剂的固硫作用做了进一步探讨。结果表明,加入电石渣后,固硫效果显著增强,当钙硫摩尔比为3.5时,固硫效果最佳,达到65%以上。固硫产物除了CaSO 4外,还生成了热稳定性更高的新物相CaAl 6(SO 4)4(OH)12;固硫助剂的加入可进一步提高固硫效果,KMnO 4提供活性氧,加快燃烧速度,同时也加快SO 2与电石渣的反应进程;Na 2 CO 3则改变了电石渣的晶格结构,使其孔径的尺寸和分布都有利于固硫。中型规模测试试验与小型固硫实验结果一致,为工业化生产民用型煤提供了依据。In order to investigate the effect of sulfur fixation agent and sulfur fixation auxiliaries on sulfur fixation of civil briquette,the civil briquette of Xiyang anthracite as the research object,the industrial waste calcium carbide slag as the main sulfur fixation agent,and KMnO 4 and Na 2 CO 3 as the sulfur fixation auxiliaries were studied.At the same time,XRD and SEM characterization were used to further investigate the sulfur fixation of calcium carbide slag and sulfur-fixing auxiliaries.The results show that after adding calcium carbide slag,the effect of sulfur fixation is significantly enhanced.When the molar ratio of calcium to sulfur is 3.5,the effect of sulfur fixation is the best,reaching more than 65%.In addition to CaSO 4,the solid sulfur product also produces a new phase CaAl 6(SO 4)4(OH)12 with higher thermal stability;The addition of sulfur fixing auxiliaries can further improve the effect of sulfur fixing,KMnO 4 provides reactive oxygen species to speed up combustion,as well as the reaction process between SO 2 and carbide slag;Na 2 CO 3 changes the lattice structure of the calcium carbide slag,so that the size and distribution of the pore size are favorable for sulfur fixation.The results of medium scale test and small test for sulfur fixation are consistent,which provides a basis for industrial production of civil briquette.
