摘 要:制备了Zr-Beta分子筛、介孔Meso-Zr-Beta分子筛和二次晶化Re-Zr-beta分子筛3种不同的催化剂。采用XRD、BET、SEM、TEM、NH 3-TPD、UV-Vis,Py-FTIR等手段对3种分子筛结果进行了较为详细的表征。结果表明,有机碱TEAOH二次晶化处理得到的Re-Zr-beta分子筛具有更加优异的结构性质。环己酮与异丙醇的MPV反应评价结果表明,Re-Zr-beta分子筛具有最高环己酮转化率,达到了55%,选择性99%。这是由于在MPV反应中,与常规Zr-beta分子筛和介孔Meso-Zr-beta分子筛相比,Re-Zr-beta催化剂在保持优异晶体结构和增加的比表面积、介孔体积的同时,具有更适宜的Lewis酸性位点密度以及更高的酸量,故其具有最佳的反应活性。Three different zeolite(Zr-Beta,Meso-Zr-Beta and Re-Zr-Beta)were prepared.The catalysts were characterized by using XRD,BET,SEM,TEM,NH 3-TPD,UV-Vis,Py-FTIR.The results showed that the Re-Zr-Beta obtained by the secondary crystallization of organic alkali TEAOH had better structural properties.The results for MPV reaction between cyclohexanone and isopropanol indicated that Re-Zr-Beta had the highest conversion rate of cyclohexanone,reaching 55%and had 99%of cyclohexanol selectivity.It is because that compared with the conventional Zr-Beta and Meso-Zr-Beta,Re-Zr-Beta has excellent crystal structure,increased specific surface area and mesoporous volume.And at the same time,it has more appropriate Lewis acid site density and higher acid content.
